Please complete the following steps to complete the registration process:
- Birth Certificates are required for all players and must be uploaded in order to checkout. The player will not be eligible to play if a birth certificate is not received and verified by the club.
- If you are required to upload a photo, the photo needs to be a headshot of the player with no hats, sunglasses, or masks. These photos are used for the player passes which permits them to play in the games.
- READ the confirmation email you will receive after the registration is complete. It contains dates and information for the season.
If you are wait-listed, do not give up hope! It just means we do not have enough coaches at the time of registration and that status could change. Your card will not be charged until your player has been removed from the wait-list.
If you have a player interested in trying out for a competitive team in May, go ahead and register them for rec and if the player makes a competitive team, the registration fee minus finance fees will be refunded. For more information about our competitive program, visit the Lincoln FC website.
We may not have a coach in all divisions. We will communicate to parents if we are not able to form a team (mainly in the older divisions).
* Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Coach requests may be made but not guaranteed if age groups are full. Teams will be filled by those who have already registered and the registrar will keep a wait-list.
Play Up Request
Player who with to play up much complete the “play up” request each season to ensure the player is able to be competitive in the higher age group. At least one parent must digitally sign the form. This request must be approved by the board. Filling out this form does not mean your player will be able to play up a division. Request Form
A “play up” form is only needed for players wanting to move from:
- U6 up to U7/U8 division
- U7 or U8 up to U9/U10 division
- U9 or U10 up to U11/U12 division
- U11 or U12 up to U13/U14 division
- U13 or U14 up to U15/U16 division
- U15 or U16 up to U17/U18/U19 division

Important Notes
Age Maxtrix will be changing for the 2026-27 Season (Aug 1 - July 31)
The Age Matrix is determined by USSF / NorCal For new players to the club, a birth certificate is REQUIRED at time of registration to verify playing age.
A player may play up ONE age group with league approval and only if there is space available in that age group.
* Players may not be younger than U6 and request to play up in this division. There may be camps available for those players U4-U5 via Vision Training.
